What We Collect

Receptn collects account, business, call, lead, contact, and billing information needed to provide AI receptionist, call capture, owner alert, and account management services.

How We Use Information

We use information to answer and route calls, capture leads, send owner alerts, maintain accounts, provide support, improve reliability, prevent misuse, and meet legal and carrier compliance duties.

SMS Alerts

If you enter a mobile number and opt in to SMS alerts, Receptn may send automated operational text messages about inbound calls, captured leads, callback requests, appointment requests, and account updates. Message frequency varies based on inbound call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing. We share mobile numbers only with service providers that process Receptn alerts for us, such as telecommunications providers, and only as needed to deliver and support the service.

Service Providers

We may share information with vendors that host, process, transmit, store, secure, analyze, or support the service. These providers are allowed to use the information only to perform services for Receptn.

Your Choices

You can update owner alert contacts in Receptn settings. You can stop SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP. You can request help by replying HELP or by contacting support@receptn.com.
