Use of Receptn

Receptn provides AI receptionist tools that answer calls, capture lead information, create summaries, and notify authorized business users. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, policies, services, and contact details you provide.

SMS Owner Alerts

By entering your mobile number and selecting the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive automated operational text messages from Receptn about inbound calls, captured leads, callback requests, appointment requests, and account updates. Message frequency varies based on inbound call volume. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel SMS alerts. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact support@receptn.com. Consent to receive SMS alerts is not a condition of purchasing any non-SMS goods or services. SMS alerts are an optional notification channel for Receptn users.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Receptn to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, spam, or prohibited content. You must have the rights and permissions needed for the numbers, messages, and business information you provide.

Service Changes

Receptn may change, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for reliability, security, carrier compliance, legal requirements, or product improvements.
